We work with the client and their project team to establish the context of risks, identify potential risks, analyse the agreed risks, evaluate and rank the risks, develop risk mitigation strategies and manage the ongoing monitoring of the risks. To ensure the risk management strategies are effective, we regularly review the outcomes of the mitigation strategies and determine whether any new risks are likely to appear.
