If the right procurement strategy is not selected for your project then you
may not get the result you require. One procurement strategy does not suit all
projects. The strategy needs to be determined based on how best to achieve the
project objectives, effective management of risk, maximisation of any opportunities
and consideration of all key issues surrounding the project.
We do not have all of the answers. We work with our clients in a workshop environment
to determine the suitable strategies to deliver their project. Our team
has had a wide range of experience on schedule of rates contracts, design and
construct, alliance and guaranteed maximum sum contracts.
